How do you pick a strange bar?

We try to find bars that typically aren’t part of a chain. The idea is that the bar has to be strange, or the people do.
How do you define a bar?

Usually a bar is a business, affixed in some permanent position, that serves adult beverages. Ex: A Limosuine would not be a bar, nor would a plane, though both may have adult beverages.
I have a bar in my garage, will you come visit and do a write up on strangebars?

We don’t leave anything out of the question, but it would have to be pretty special to have us come visit your home made house pub.
Can my bar be on strange bars?

Sure, drop us an email with directions to your establishment, with a short blurb about what to expect, and we’ll let you know when one of our representative teams will be in your area.

Just think of us as a band, but instead of playing music, we’ll just come talk about your bar.
Our Bar has changed since you last came, will you come by again?

It’s entirely possible that we’ll come by again. While it is our goal to review as many bars as possible, we do recognize that special “quality” that someplaces have.
